Bread has become the "dish" of the year.  Freshly milled flour has been on the rise, this is one reason Van Laar's Fruit Farm locally grows their own grain (wheat and rye).  It is grown naturally with best practices involved.  All the wheat and rye is stored in food grade containers in grain or berry form until the flour is needed.  This insures quality and the richness in taste.
